MacKENZIE PARK
MacKenzie Park established in 1968, is a neighbourhood Park that provides sports such as Softball, T-Ball, Soccer and Hockey to about 300 neighbourhood kids. The Park is a proud member of the Neighbourhood Association Sports Committee (N.A.S.C., Est.1948) and the Oshawa Central Council of Neighbourhood Associations (O.C.C.N.A., Est. 1946). A special thanks goes out to all our members and executive whose efforts make our program a great success each year. The executive also organizes special events and fundraisers throughout the year to keep these programs available.
MISSION STATEMENT
The Association shall be a non-profit organization whose purpose and objectives shall be:
To organize and promote neighbourhood leisure and recreational programs,
for the benefit of all age groups of the residents of the MacKenzie Park area as
defined by the Oshawa Central Council of Neighbourhood Association (OCCNA).
Through all of our efforts provide a safe and wholesome environment
for our children.
